I will NOT draw anything harmful or that promotes hate (Racism, LGBTQ+ hate, NFTs, Z00/Ped0-philia, AI imagery etc.) If you support any of these don't bother to interact with me.
I will NOT draw AI generated characters, and I won't draw for people who use and support AIgen, art theft and exploitation will NOT be tolerated.
Time
Don't rush me, if you want your commission for a specific date please order beforehand and give me the due date.
The time I take will always depend on what you want, and how much I have to do before, you can always ask for updates.
Payment
Payment is required before I start working to avoid scams.
If possible please send payment in MXN (the amount of USD but in MXN currency).
Don't send payment until I have accepted your commission and told you to do so.
For big/multiple commissions payment plans can be done.
I usually don't charge extra for character complexity, unless specified or extremely complex.
I DON'T do refunds. Unless I am unable to complete your commission.
PAYMENT METHODS: Paypal and ko-fi. Bank transfers accepted if you are from Mexico.
Usage
You're allowed to use/post the art you ordered as long as you give credit and don't claim it as made by you.
You're NOT allowed to use any of my work for commercial purposes! However if you want to commission something for commercial use (such as logos, covers), we can come to an agreement.
You are NOT allowed to edit/recolor unless I state so, BUT you are allowed to add your own watermarks and texts on commissioned work. If the art is transparent you may add flat color, gradient or pattern backgrounds, or just ask me to do so (it's free).
You are NOT allowed to use anything I make for any crypt0/NFT/AI-generation related purposes, no advertising, no getting profit, anything related to these is prohibited. Instant ban.
You ARE allowed to glaze the art or characters you get from me in any way. Just remember to keep an original copy! I could delete the art any moment to make space! (What is glaze?)

My commissions wait list is to notify people in order as I'm available to take their commissions! Doesn't mean I'll get to work on each right after I finish the previous (but i might)! This could soon change into a ping list (meaning I will open slots and notify everyone on the list.)
Please check my BLACKLIST and make sure you are not in it! I black list anyone who supports/does harmful stuff or with whom I've had issues before.
